Ordering Info and Return Policies
All prices are in US Dollars. If you wish to pay by money order (no personal checks, no exceptions) please select that option in the shopping cart. All orders are through a secure server and or Paypal. Orders that are not paid within 10 days for shipment will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. If your card is declined, we require payment within 10 days to avoid cancellation of your order. If you have placed this order during a sale and the sale has ended we reserve the right not to honor the sale prices.
If you opt to use Paypal to send an E-check or use a Postal Money Order, your order will not ship until the E-check clears or we receive the MO. Please note E-checks can take up to 5 business days to clear. Orders for custom made to order products will be made upon receipt of your payment.
We are currently using, Merchant Services and Paypal to capture and/or process credit card information. All of these 3rd
party vendors utilize a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Server to encrypt and
send your information safely. SSL is a very secure system on the web.
Most popular browsers support SSL. We recommend using the latest
versions of Netscape or Microsoft Internet Explorer, If you are not
using the latest version of Netscape or Explorer as your internet
browser, please download a free version of either Netscape or Explorer
and revisit us using one of these browsers.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our business, we cannot and do not accept returns on any merchandise.
We are unable to re-sell body goods etc. due to health
department, local and federal regulations. If you are unsure about the
product, please be sure to purchase a sample size before purchasing a large size or set.
Additionally, as with all bath or cosmetic items, please test on small
area of skin if you have a known skin allergy or are sensitive to
fragrances. Keep all bath products out of the eyes. Keep products away
from children unless deemed appropriate for use of children. Do not use
products for anything other than the purpose they were created for. We
will not be held liable for misuse, allergic reactions or any injury
suffered from the known or unknown and consenting use of our products.
By purchasing products from www.fragrantsoul.com, you acknowledge this
policy and release us from liability if such a situation should arise.
Missing items:
Is there an item that we forgot to put in your order? Please contact us with your order number so that we may check into and rectify situation. Upon verification, we will send you missing item (s) in another shipment. For accounting purposes we do not do partial refunds unless that item is out of stock. We will ship a new item to you as soon as we receive your order number. Sometimes we do ship partial orders in 2 containers. If this is the case it will indicate this with your partial packing slip. Please check your packing slip to verify if this is the case before contacting us for a replacement.
Back Orders / Availability
Can I change my order after I submit it?
Fragrant Soul does not guarantee availability of all products at all times. Our products are handcrafted in small batches. There may be instances where certain items are not available due to the season or other circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to adjust, modify and change our prices at anytime.
We do not do backorder. If something is out of stock we will indicate so on our website that item is out of stock or email you of the backorder. If you wish to purchase the item you will have to come back to our site and order it when it is in stock.
You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Cancelled orders will be charged a 35% re-stocking fee. Please email us at orders@fragrantsoul.com with your order number and the details of your order.

Also, certain products contain nut oils and are made with equipment that comes into contact with nut oils. We make no medical claims with our products and our products are to be accepted as is. Services and products are for entertainment purposes only. With the exception of our gourmet hand blended teas all products are for external use ONLY. Avoid contact with eyes.
